If you decide to go forward with the process we will need the following in order to prepare the information for FEMA.

 

1) A copy of the elevation certificate including the C-2 Detum. If one of the standard Detums (NGVD 1929 or NAVD 1988) were not used conversion comments must also be included.

2) A copy of the warrantee deed. If you can’t get this we may be able to obtain a copy, depending on where you live.

3) A copy of the FloodZero contract – completed and signed.

4) The completed FloodZero information form.

5) Payment, in the form of Pay Pal (Visa, MC, AmEx, Discover, or E-Check).

 

 

~ We will begin gathering the information as soon as we receive the above information. However, we cannot submit the information to FEMA until we have received payment.

The fee for the service is $200.00 and is all inclusive. You will not be charged any additional fees.

GUARANTEE: As indicated in the contract if we are unable to get the property removed from flood zone ‘A’ we will refund the $200.00 in full.
