Getting Started

If you decide to go forward with the process we will need the following in order to prepare the information for FEMA.

    1) A copy of the elevation certificate

    2) A copy of the warrantee deed. If you can’t get this we may be able to obtain a copy, depending on where you live.

    3) A copy of the FloodZero contract – completed and signed.

    4) The completed FloodZero information form.

    5) Payment, in the form of Pay Pal (Visa, MC, AmEx, Discover and E-Check).
